Corporate Transactions Attorney at True Anomaly

Become the in-house attorney at True Anomaly focusing on corporate finance and M&A in a thriving defense technology sector. Drive impactful strategies in a dynamic legal environment. As Corporate Transactions Counsel, you will manage legal aspects of private capital raises, acquisitions, and strategic investments. Your role as a trusted advisor will extend across teams such as Finance and Real Estate, ensuring smooth execution from the ground up. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking corporate lawyer eager to make significant contributions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead legal execution of private equity and debt financings
Negotiate and draft financing and investment documents
Run investor diligence and data room processes
Evaluate and execute acquisition opportunities
Support equity administration and liquidity programs

Requirements:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
3–8 years of corporate transactional experience
In-house experience at a venture-backed company preferred
Knowledge of Securities Act exemptions and Delaware law
Excellent judgment and communication skills
