Financial Services Strategy Operations Manager

Clutch

Lead Financial Services strategy and operations at Clutch, using analytics and cross-functional execution to scale financing and insurance initiatives.

As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales. You will analyze customer, funnel, and financial performance, develop business cases, and turn ambiguous problems into tested solutions. The role supports Clutch’s growing Financial Services business and relationships with Canadian lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives from opportunity identification through measurement
Build analyses, reports, business cases, and recommendations
Improve financing, insurance, products, and customer journeys
Analyze customer, funnel, and financial performance
Manage relationships with lenders and external partners

Requirements:

4+ years in strategy, operations, product, fintech, or financial services
Strong analytical skills solving complex business problems
Independent project ownership from definition through execution
Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, and Data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bring financial services expertise, analytical judgment, and execution discipline to Clutch’s strategy and operations team.
