Director of Marketing with AI Leadership

Lead innovative marketing at Search Atlas, an agentic marketing platform based in Canada. Drive hands-on strategy while building AI agents to transform marketing efficiency. As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and driving growth. This player-coach position demands both leadership and practical execution, allowing you to influence marketing operations directly. You'll utilize AI automation to enhance team output and ensure measurable impact across campaigns and metrics. Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI agents for ads, reporting, and lifecycle marketing
- Own marketing operations and define strategy across channels
- Lead the conversion rate optimization program and results
- Shape the narrative around agentic marketing for brand alignment
- Provide regular feedback and accountability for team performance
- 7+ years in marketing; 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience building AI marketing solutions
- Strong grasp of revenue and CAC management
- Experience with GA4, HubSpot, and lifecycle campaigns
- B2B SaaS background preferred
