- Own Clio's global partner operational framework
- Build reporting for channel program performance
- Support partner forecasting and pipeline tracking
- Manage partner tools and documentation
- Facilitate collaboration across sales, marketing, and finance
- 4+ years in Channel/Partner Operations
- Familiar with channel deal mechanics
- Proficient in Salesforce and various operational tools
- Experience with BI tools
- Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
