Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to provide human feedback for innovative companies’ AI models. You will assess conversational voice interactions, compare generated media, and explain decisions in clear English. The work focuses on adherence, quality, realism, and natural communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
- Rank voice outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
- Compare generated images and videos against prompts
- Inspect media for visual, motion, text, and audio problems
- Write specific evidence-based explanations for ratings
Requirements:
- Fluent English with strong written communication
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Comfort with natural conversational situations
- Computer, reliable internet, headphones, and quiet speaking space
