Lead investment technology analysis at AIMCo, connecting business requirements with practical solutions across back-office operations and finance.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with investment, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders. You will translate complex needs into functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, use cases, and user stories. The work supports investment lifecycle initiatives within a cross-functional DevOps team.Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder alignment across business and technology teamsTranslate needs into specifications, process flows, mappings, and user storiesSupport accounting, settlements, reconciliations, valuations, and financial reporting initiativesDevelop acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance TestingGuide analysis, implementation, deployment, and delivery improvementsRequirements:
Five or more years in business analysis or related financial services rolesInvestment management experience across front, middle, or back-office functionsKnowledge of investment accounting, fund administration, or cash managementStrong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsWorking knowledge of Agile/DevOps delivery methodologiesApply investment management knowledge, analytical strength, and delivery expertise to advance AIMCo’s back-office technology initiatives.
