Our Food & Beverage team is a key part of making these events shine. Were looking for a skilled Baker to join our team and help us deliver fresh, high-quality baked goods for every occasion.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of baked products for events and day-to-day food service. Your responsibilities will include:
Baking Preparation: Producing breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods to meet event and service needs.
Event Support: Coordinating baking requirements for banquets, buffets, and special events.
Presentation: Ensuring baked items are presented with care, creativity, and attention to detail.
Storage & Organization: Maintaining proper storage of supplies and ingredients.
Kitchen Teamwork: Supporting other culinary staff and contributing to the overall success of kitchen operations.

To thrive in this role, you should have:
Experience & Training: Professional baking certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of baking techniques, preparation, and presentation.
Communication Skills: Ability to work with other staff and occasionally with clients to meet event needs.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable with long periods of standing, repetitive tasks, lifting trays, and working with ovens/coolers.
Creativity: Ability to suggest recipes, substitutions, and creative presentations.
Customer Service: A courteous, professional approach when responding to requests.
