Post Frame Labourer

SMK CONTRACTING
We specialize in building quality post frame buildings and are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our crew. This position involves working on-site to construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
Responsibilities:Assist with framing, setting posts, and building structures
Install metal cladding, roofing, and trim
Operate hand and power tools safely
Load/unload materials and keep job sites organized
Follow safety procedures at all times
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements:
Construction experience is an asset (but willing to train the right person)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labour
Comfortable working at heights
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to work well with a team LOA paid for when job are away from home
