Champion a unified member experience strategy across platforms
Lead initiatives from discovery to optimization phases
Align partner capabilities with enterprise goals
Manage the experience roadmap with cross-functional teams
Use data insights to drive ongoing improvements

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years in Product Management
Degree in Business, Technical, or Quantitative disciplines
Ability to communicate complex topics simply
Strong relationship-building aptitude
Experience in multi-platform environments
