Regional Project Controls Lead Ontario

Lead regional project controls across Ontario and Atlantic offices, shaping portfolio governance, performance, and resource strategy for Stantec. Travel is required.Stantec seeks a Regional Project Controls Lead to guide teams and advise senior business and operational leaders. The role connects portfolio performance, governance, escalation, and capability development across business centers. It also advances consistent project-controls standards, processes, and practices across the region.Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional Project Controls teams and coordinate priorities and deploymentPartner with leaders on margin, risk, DSO, and resourcingReview R3 and PCSR reporting for trends and emerging risksProvide recommendations and escalation through financial-management forumsDevelop and implement regional Project Controls frameworks and standardsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree and ten years of progressively responsible experienceExperience in project controls, accounting, finance, or project managementAdvanced understanding of Earned Value Management and financial performanceSuccess leading teams and influencing senior operational leadersAbility to synthesize portfolio information into executive recommendationsApply strategic leadership, portfolio governance, and project-controls expertise to strengthen Stantec’s Ontario and Atlantic regional performance.
