Agentic Ai Solutions Architect Engineer

Architect agentic AI solutions for Docebo customers while establishing a new engineering function, with three weekly office days and flexibility afterward.This founding Forward Deployed Engineer role turns undefined customer challenges into autonomous, high-impact learning agents. You will combine customer-centered communication with rapid prototyping, systems architecture, and production delivery. Docebo’s environment includes the Agent Hub, LLM providers, AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, React, and TypeScript.Key Responsibilities:
Translate customer challenges into reusable AI platform capabilitiesPrototype and iterate from customer feedbackArchitect integrations with customer systems and Agent HubDefine technical roadmaps and cross-functional organization designShape founding FDE culture and operating disciplineRequirements:
Five or more years of production full-stack software experienceAgentic AI or LLM production deployment experienceConfidence making decisions amid ambiguityStrong architecture experience with distributed systemsFamiliarity with modern engineering and multi-LLM toolingUse architecture, rapid experimentation, and agentic AI expertise to establish Docebo’s Forward Deployed Engineering practice.
