Wealthsimple is on the lookout for a User Acquisition Lead to spearhead its growth strategy. Leading a dedicated team, you will take charge of all paid user acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. This role emphasizes creativity and analytical rigor, making it ideal for someone who enjoys diving deep into data while crafting strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee user acquisition strategies across key channels
• Lead a small team focused on execution and performance
• Create and maintain a robust creative testing process
• Manage mobile attribution infrastructure and testing strategies
• Collaborate to enhance user conversion rates across onboarding
Requirements:
• 10+ years of user acquisition experience with 5+ in leadership
• Strong background in budget management for Meta and Google
• Expertise in mobile attribution and testing frameworks
• Familiarity with automation and AI for scaling efforts
• Analytical prowess to derive actionable insights from data
