Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

  • Caregivers

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Companionship Care – Engaging in conversation, planning a daily schedule, and caring companionship
    • Home Duties Care – Meal Preparation, Housekeeping, Groceries and errands, Writing letters
    • Personal Care – Bathing/Showering, Dressing, Medication reminder and exercise assistance
    • Special Care – Disabilities, Alzheimer’s and dementia, Live-In care, End-of-Life care
    • Transportation Care – General shopping, Picking up prescriptions, special events, doctor appointments
  • Client Care Coordinators

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Client Care Coordinators evaluate, plan, guide, apply, monitor and approve care services delivery to seniors and their families that best suit the needs of the seniors within the mission, vision, and values of Dearest Home Senior Care. They work independently and as a team to increase quality outcomes for seniors and the company, and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.

  • Account Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Handle accurately and in a timely fashion all employee payrolls, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Send invoices for services rendered to avoid cash flow problems from delayed or late payments. Conduct periodic studies to assess the effectiveness of invoice procedures to keep cash flow positive.

  • Scheduler

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the master scheduling between seniors and Dearest Home Senior Care Caregivers. Provide excellent communication and detail orientation. Balance the needs of seniors and caregivers, and inform the COO, CHRO, or Clinical Directors of all activities and functions within the company.

  • Clinical Directors

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Responsible for supervising day‑to‑day activities, ensuring tasks are carried out in an organized, respectful manner, and that all seniors receive the care they need with love, respect, and professional care.

Executive Team

  • Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Oversee day‑to‑day business operations, reporting to the CEO. Act as the eyes and ears of the CEO for methodology and strategy growth.

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Manage financial activities, including financial planning and statements. Examine weaknesses and strengths of the finance, recommend strategies, and provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board of Directors.

  • Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Caregiver relations
    • Recruiting and job postings
    • Benefits coordination
    • Employee assistance programsTraining and development
    • Employee placement
  • Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Manage marketing and communication activities. Lead graphic designers, webmasters, and marketing department staff. Create visual and written information appealing to clients and families, and facilitate public interest through graphics, commercials, social media, press releases, advertisements, and marketing communications.
