- Résoudre les problèmes professionnels, fournir des conseils techniques et recommander des mesures visant à améliorer la productivité et la qualité des produits
- Coordonner les activités avec les sections de l'entrepôt et de la production
- S'entretenir avec le contremaître de la production pour établir l'horaire des phases de production au meilleur coût et dans les meilleurs délais possibles
- Rédiger et mettre à jour un rapport sur l'avancement des travaux ou d'autres rapports
- Faire un suivi sur les questions concernant les bordereaux de travail

- Aide les vétérans à traduire leurs compétences et leur expérience militaires dans la langue du marché du travail civil
- Offre au personnel des formations sur les compétences culturelles et/ou des formations de sensibilisation afin de créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les travailleurs Autochtones
- Offre des options de retraite progressive qui permettent aux travailleurs âgés de réduire progressivement leur charge de travail (par exemple : des heures de travail flexibles ou réduites, emploi à temps partiel, travail par projet ou saisonnier, etc.)
- Applique des politiques d'embauche qui découragent la discrimination envers les membres des minorités visibles (par exemple : anonymiser le processus de recrutement, etc.)
