Remote Associate Vice President, Retail Tech

Lead technology strategy for retail operations with Federated Co-operatives Limited as the Associate Vice President, Retail and Consumer Solutions. This remote role supports innovation in customer engagement and e-commerce across Canada. Federated Co-operatives Limited is on the lookout for a strategic leader in technology, filling the position of Associate Vice President, Retail and Consumer Solutions. You will guide a team of Org Leaders and over 60 IT professionals while ensuring alignment of technology with retail needs. Key responsibilities include overseeing a $50M technology portfolio and enhancing service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for technology needs across local Co-op operations
- Drive technology transformation goals and enhance capabilities
- Manage the retail technology portfolio for optimal business impact
- Oversee technology lifecycle and stakeholder engagement processes
- Ensure reliable service delivery aligned with strategic priorities
- 15+ years in IT with retail technology experience
- University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven leadership in transformative retail technology
- Certifications like ITIL or PMP preferred
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
