Key Responsibilities:
• Drive technology strategy and platform modernization

Requirements:
• 10+ years in senior roles managing large tech portfolios
• Expertise with Mainframe and health platforms
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and ROI
• Proven ability to lead teams through transformation
• Bilingualism for Quebec roles is mandatory
