Senior Analyst for AMS SuccessFactors

• Configure and audit Employee Central business rules
• Provide L2/L3 support for user incidents
• Maintain and manage employee data throughout lifecycle
• Develop reports using SuccessFactors tools
• Collaborate to ensure Cross-module integration

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related
• 5–7 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Skilled in post-go-live support and enhancements
• Knowledge of integrations with HR systems
• Familiarity with HR functional processes
