An ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, ideally with ten years of relevant experience and five years in supervisory roles. Your leadership will guide project teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct Project Foremen and hourly staff
• Participate in scheduling and project planning activities
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations on-site
• Mentor staff and provide necessary technical support
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in civil construction
• At least 5 years in supervisory roles
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability in project scheduling and planning
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
