This full-time onsite role demands a seasoned leader with at least 5 years of experience in sales management. Your mission will focus on maximizing new and used vehicle sales while implementing high-level branding strategies to enhance customer experiences in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage showroom display strategies for optimal customer engagement
• Drive new market share growth across both new and used sales
• Ensure 100% manager turnover on every customer opportunity
• Optimize digital lead performance for effective showroom transitions
• Develop and execute brand training programs for the sales team
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a sales management role
• Valid OMVIC certification and G license
• Proven leadership in team development and coaching
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with technology in sales processes
