Liquidity and Funding Risk Manager
BMO
Lead liquidity and funding risk management at BMO’s 100 King Street West location, applying advanced analysis and regulatory expertise.
This manager supports BMO’s enterprise-wide framework for liquidity and funding management. The work spans measurement, oversight, risk mitigation, and optimization across retail, commercial, and trading products. You will advise assigned businesses, support risk strategy, and develop reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop liquidity and funding risk measurement and reporting processes
- Advise businesses on risk mitigation, products, and optimization
- Maintain models and assumptions for liquidity risk measurement
- Monitor stress testing, balance sheet usage, and emerging issues
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
Requirements:
- Five to seven years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field
- Deep technical knowledge from education and business experience
- In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth communication, collaboration, influence, and data-driven decision-making skills
