About the Position

We are looking for a board-certified internist, an experienced residency-trained internal medicine specialist, or a candidate nearing completion of residency. This role offers a diverse caseload, flexible schedule, no on‑call responsibilities, and a work‑life balance in a vibrant urban setting at a premier veterinary referral clinic in Central Toronto.

Practice / Hospital / Referral Centre Information

A boutique, state‑of‑the‑art veterinary referral hospital focused on internal medicine and surgery, affiliated with a 24/7 emergency facility. The hospital has digital radiology, ultrasound, flexible & rigid HD video endoscopy, minimally invasive urology, a 32‑slice CT scanner, video fluoroscopy, Ho‑Yag and diode lasers, and full in‑house and external lab capabilities. We are expanding to a 30,000‑square‑foot facility.

Departments

Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency, Anesthesia, Critical Care, Oncology, Nutrition and Cardiology. Multidisciplinary approach for comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications Required

Certification from the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) or the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ECVIM) in Small Animal Internal Medicine.
