Nurse Clinician for Vascular Access Team

Elevate patient care as a Nurse Clinician with Humber River Health's Vascular Access team. This casual role requires expertise in infusion therapy and Vascular Access Device management. Humber River Health is seeking a Nurse Clinician to join their innovative Vascular Access team. You will leverage your nursing skills in infusion care and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. This role involves leadership, coaching, and quality improvement activities focused on IV therapy. Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skill in infusion care
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams with expert advice and resources
- Coach staff and educate patients on infusion therapy
- Participate in monitoring quality outcomes related to IV therapy
- Conduct individual coaching and develop educational in-services
- Registered Nurse in good standing with CNO
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum two years clinical experience in infusion therapy
- Current membership with CVAA
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
