Part-time Family Assistant - Childcare and Housekeeping
Part-time
We are looking for a reliable, organized and caring individual to help our busy family three afternoons per week, from 3:00–6:00 pm. The ideal candidate enjoys being around children, takes initiative with household tasks, and can help keep our home running smoothly during the busy after-school hours. Primary Responsibilities: Childcare: Help care for our children after school, including supervision, play and assistance with their afternoon routine. Meal Preparation: Prepare simple family dinners and snacks. Housekeeping: Tidy common areas, clean up the kitchen, load/unload the dishwasher, and keep the home organized. Laundry: Wash, fold and put away family laundry. Household Organization: Help with light household tasks and general tidying as needed. After-School Support: Help manage the transition from school to home and keep the afternoon routine running smoothly. Ideal Candidate: Dependable, trustworthy and organized. Comfortable caring for children and managing household tasks. Proactive and able to work independently. Previous childcare or housekeeping experience and references preferred. CPR/First Aid certification considered an asset. (Part-Time, Live-Out) For day, evening
