Maintenance Administrator (Logistics Fleet)

The Municipal Group of Companies’ Equipment and Maintenance Team oversees the maintenance, compliance, and operational integrity of one of Eastern Canada’s most diverse equipment fleets. Through a network of more than 25 maintenance shops, our teams deliver standardized service processes, asset management support, and technical expertise across all operating divisions. Our work is executed by qualified trades professionals and supported by formalized training, certification, and career development systems. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator, based out of Lower Sackville, NS, to join our team.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Enter daily employee data from timecards and ensure work history is up to date and complete for each pay cycle.
- Open and close work orders.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Enter accounts payable invoices.
- Send out mail and emails and distribute incoming documents.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Maintain inhouse filing system for Equipment Maintenance Records.
- Enter weekly Vehicle Mileage updates twice weekly and perform month end reconciliation report.
- Work closely with Maintenance Planners to assist them when needed.
- Update and distribute the Overdue PM Report twice weekly.
- Assist with New Capital Upfit.
- Any other duties as required.
Skills And Experience
