for its Montreal office. The role reports to the Managing Director, Legal Affairs, Private Markets and focuses on transactional and strategic legal support for complex global investments.Key Eligibility Criteria

Lead or support global transactions such as M&A, reorganizations, asset sales, joint ventures, and fund investments.Coordinate and supervise external counsel worldwide, adhering to internal policies and budget.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and PSP policies.Provide strategic legal advice on asset management, governance, regulatory, litigation, and corporate matters.Collaborate with internal teams (Tax, Responsible Investments, Risk, etc.).Stipend, Compensation & Mode
