AI Product Manager at CoLab

Drive product innovation as a Senior Product Manager at CoLab, focusing on AI-enhanced engineering review systems. This role offers flexible remote work options across North America and at our St. John’s office. As the owner of the AutoReview capabilities, you will guide product strategy while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including AI/ML and engineering. This challenging position requires a balance of technical understanding and customer collaboration, concentrating on optimizing workflows in high-stakes environments. Your insights will directly influence decision-making and product complexity. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AutoReview product strategy and execution
• Collaborate with AI and Engineering teams
• Identify automation opportunities in engineering reviews
• Gather customer insights on workflow improvements
• Define product requirements and make trade-off decisions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven background in AI-enabled product development
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
