• Govern and configure dashboards and workflows in CRM
• Manage security roles for sensitive data
• Produce documentation and maintain operational processes
• Assess impacts of changes on CRM functionalities
• Collaborate with multiple teams for successful integrations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience
• Strong background in security and access control
• Experience in regulated environments preferred
• Microsoft certifications like PL-200 or PL-400 are beneficial
