DART Aerospace Production Planner and Inventory Specialist

Excel in inventory and production planning at DART Aerospace in Kirkland. Focus on managing production jobs and inventory accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This full-time position requires you to effectively execute production plans and manage inventory transactions at DART Aerospace’s operational center in Kirkland. With 3-5 years in production planning or inventory control, your skills will be critical for optimizing production efficiency and maintaining inventory integrity. Experience with ERP systems, particularly Plex, will be beneficial as you navigate daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage production jobs in Plex
• Post labor and material consumption accurately
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and shortages
• Maintain part master data and execute inventory transactions
• Perform cycle counts with QC oversight

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in materials or inventory control
• Aerospace or similar regulated experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Bilingual French / English advantageous
