We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the technical design, configuration, development, and integration of enterprise Siebel CRM applications. In this role, you will translate complex system specifications into reliable, tested software solutions, integrating Siebel with modern front-end platforms, digital experience suites, and backend architectures. Working closely with cross-functional technical teams, you will oversee Siebel Open UI customizations, data interfaces (EIM/EAI), reporting engines, and workflow automations to ensure high application performance and operational stability.

Responsibilities
Siebel Architecture & Development: Lead the hands-on configuration, design, and customization of Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Tools, Open UI, and core business layer objects.

System Integration: Design and implement robust integrations connecting Siebel with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), J2EE services, and external web application frameworks.

Enterprise Data & Workflow Management: Configure Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) components, Workflows, Assignment Manager rules, and business services.

Open UI Customization: Develop custom presentation models (PM) and physical models (PR) using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and manifest mapping configurations.

Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain business intelligence reports and interactive dashboards using OBIEE and Power BI.

Environment & Deployment Support: Configure Siebel migration applications, support deployment releases, and resolve technical issues during system conversions, migrations, and upgrades.

Defect Resolution & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning to resolve complex technical defects across application environments.

Technical Documentation: Author detailed programming specifications, integration flow diagrams, and system support documentation.

Qualifications
Siebel Technical Seniority: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and system integration (Strictly Required).

Core Application Integration: 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with external systems, specifically Adobe AEM and J2EE applications (Strictly Required).

EIM/EAI Data Integration: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) (Strictly Required).

Siebel IP18 & Open UI: 3+ years of experience configuring/developing within Siebel IP18+, including Open UI architecture (PM, PR, Manifest, and Mapping files).

Core Siebel Objects: Proven expertise with Siebel Tools, Assignment Manager, Workflows, Applets, Views, Screens, and Siebel Web Templates.

Reporting & Web Technologies: Hands-on experience developing reports in Power BI or OBIEE alongside front-end development skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Nice-to-Have Assets:
Certified Siebel professional (Siebel 8.x or above).

Technical experience with Grants Management or Public Sector CRM modules.
