Senior Manager for Digital and AI Integration

Elevate AppDirect’s web strategy as a Senior Manager, with a focus on AI integration in digital products. You'll craft strategic roadmaps and engage teams in progressive development practices. As a Senior Manager, your role centers on overseeing AppDirect's web strategy and AI experience. You will utilize cutting-edge AI tools to enhance content generation and user experience while managing a talented team of developers. Effective communication with design and product teams will ensure successful implementation of digital strategies that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Manage strategy and execution of web applications
Pioneer AI integration across development workflows
Optimize LLM-driven content and SEO strategies
Oversee a team of full-stack developers with diverse skill sets
Work alongside design teams to ensure responsive digital touchpoints

Requirements:

6+ years in web development or digital product leadership
Hands-on expertise with React, Next.js, and performance metrics
Experience with AI tools and technical SEO best practices
Strong skills in managing technical teams and stakeholder collaboration
Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving environments
