Lead paid media strategy remotely for Blacksmith Agency, managing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for B2B clients.As Demand Generation Manager, you own targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client-facing performance narratives. You will manage campaigns across multiple accounts, using conversion tracking, attribution, and creative testing. The role focuses exclusively on paid media, with SEO handled separately.Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft AdsAllocate budgets, adjust bids, target audiences, and test creativeManage conversion tracking and attribution using GA4 and pixelsBuild ninety-day and quarterly client roadmapsDrive retention, upsell, and long-term account growthRequirements:
Three or more hands-on years with Google Ads and MetaExperience building, running, and optimizing campaigns independentlyProven results improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metricsAgency experience managing several clients simultaneouslyClear spoken English for live calls with United States clientsBring paid media expertise, trusted attribution, and strategic client leadership to Blacksmith Agency’s remote demand generation team.
