Operations Manager - Steel Wheel Production & Quality

Canadian Inclusion is seeking a Melting Manager (Finance) to plan and direct the steel wheel production, the Inspection & Finishing Department, and equipment maintenance across all shifts. You will lead supervisors, inspectors, and hourly staff to meet quality and quantity targets while maintaining safety and cost efficiency.The role requires a Bachelor's in Operations or related discipline with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, plus strong skills in NDT, tooling, SPC
