- Oversee daily branch operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure branch compliance with KPIs and performance goals
- Foster a sales culture through ongoing goal reviews
- Manage client complaints and seek effective resolutions
- Coach and develop branch staff through training programs
- Minimum 5 years of insurance industry experience
- Level 2 insurance licensing required, CAIB designation valued
- Proven experience in people leadership and branch management
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent relationship-building and client service skills
