IT Leadership Regional Director at Magna

Drive IT strategy and support business growth as Magna's Regional IT Director. This position integrates regional needs with global strategies in a progressive automotive technology company.
In this leadership role within the Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting group, you will foster collaboration between Global IT and regional teams. You are tasked with ensuring that IT services align with business objectives, driving innovation, and addressing critical technology challenges. Your proactive management will help identify opportunities for IT improvements and optimize service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate a relationship management strategy with divisions
• Understand and communicate regional operational requirements
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of IT services
• Advocate for urgent IT issues and solutions
• Assist in defining service level agreements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area
• Minimum ten years of relevant leadership experience
• Program management and process control expertise
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Effective interpersonal communications ability
