Director Of Precision Manufacturing Operations

Lead precision manufacturing operations in East End, Toronto, using Lean manufacturing and production performance expertise on-site, full-time.As Director of Manufacturing, you will guide operational performance across complex precision manufacturing. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will shape manufacturing strategy, production planning, capacity utilization, quality, delivery, and cost management. The mandate includes developing accountable leaders and measurable improvement plans.Key Responsibilities:
Lead production departments and establish operational prioritiesDevelop manufacturing strategies supporting customers and growthMonitor output, efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery targetsImplement Lean principles and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop managers, supervisors, and production teamsRequirements:
10–15 years of progressive manufacturing experienceAt least 5 years in senior manufacturing leadershipComplex industrial, precision, or contract manufacturing experienceExperience with ERP systems and manufacturing KPIsRelevant engineering or operations degree, diploma, or equivalent experienceDirect precision manufacturing strategy, team development, Lean improvement, and operational performance from East End, Toronto.
