Document Imaging Technician

Job Responsibility:
: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for digitizing paper records, applying a standard naming convention, uploading digital files to a database, analyzed for quality and ensuring that documents are properly sorted, labeled, and stored for easy retrieval.
Responsibilities: - Sort, analyze and file documents according to established filing systems and procedures.- Digitize paper records using scanning equipment and upload to database.- Ensure that all files are labeled accurately and stored for easy retrieval.- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all documents and records.
Requirements: - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work efficiently as a member of a team and independently.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -- Proficient in SharePoint and the Microsoft suite of applications.- Ability to lift and carry boxes of paper records.
*3 month trial period to start
