Registered Pharmacy Technician-9 Month contract

Registered Pharmacy Technician role supporting Cencora's patient and provider services in Ontario. Responsibilities include managing prescription operations, coordinating with pharmacists and assistants, processing orders, and maintaining inventory while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist Pharmacy Manager with daily workload management and coordinate with pharmacists and assistants
- Independently label, fill, and refill prescriptions; perform quality verification checks
- Process billings, claims, and related documentation; maintain accurate inventory records
- Screen calls, enter prescription data, and manage medication ordering and shipping
- Report adverse events in accordance with provincial regulatory standards and internal obligations
Requirements
- Pharmacy Technician diploma from accredited college or OCP Bridging Program with active OCP registration
- Two or more years of related pharmacy experience
- Strong proficiency in Kroll pharmacy system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and drug distribution practices
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
