Johnson & Johnson seeks a Controlling & Inventory Finance Manager to support a global finance transformation initiative modernizing core operations through ERP/S4HANA deployment. The role involves collaborating across cross-functional teams to capture requirements, design processes, and ensure successful implementation of standardized controlling and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Lead finance function representation in controlling and inventory transformation discussions across manufacturing and R&D
Collaborate with global process owners and technical teams to capture and document design requirements
Support ERP/S4HANA design, build, and deployment activities for controlling and inventory processes
Manage interdependencies with other transformation programs and ensure alignment
Work with system integrators and technical product owners to ensure global template design meets business requirements

Requirements

Finance or accounting background with controlling and inventory process knowledge
Experience with ERP systems, S4HANA, or large-scale system implementations
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Business requirements analysis and process design capabilities
Project management experience in transformation or finance modernization initiatives
