Sales Leader Position at OPTA

As a key leader in OPTA, you will guide a team focused on driving sales and achieving financial objectives. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll develop sales strategies, enhance product offerings, and ensure successful customer implementations through innovative planning. Your technical expertise will also support strategic decision-making with high impact potential.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and lead professional services opportunities • Develop and deliver sales strategies and pricing models • Manage relationships with suppliers and partners • Oversee customer relationship management efforts • Mentor and inspire the sales team for higher performance

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years in sales with proven success • Strong presentation and communication skills • Knowledge of underwriting and insurance products • Relevant technical sales experience
