We are currently seeking a qualified
Machining Design Engineer to join our team.
Location: Ottawa, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
- May be involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or equivalent combination of diplomas and work experience
- Experience in design and development of mechanical components in machining.
