As a Senior Director, you’ll drive Patra’s AI and Data Architecture function, shaping the overall strategy and managing diverse teams dedicated to AI engineering and data architecture. You'll also partner with senior leaders to optimize operational impact throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead AI & Data Architecture strategy and operations - Form and manage multidisciplinary AI teams - Establish objectives for team performance and growth - Own document-intensive AI and data architecture - Direct the development of enterprise data capabilities
Requirements: - 10+ years in software and data engineering - Experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams - Deep knowledge of AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise data - Expertise in document-heavy architectures and workflows - Proven talent management and strategic delivery skills
