Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established community health center in Lindsay, Ontario. What We Offer:
- Compensation of approximately $122.92/hour.
- Annualized earnings approaching $200,000.

Practice Overview:
- Established community health center serving the community since 2010.
- Patient population primarily participating in government-supported programs.
- Approximately 96% of patients enrolled in government assistance programs.
- Adult and pediatric patient mix.
- Straightforward restorative and preventive dentistry focus.
- Supportive clinical environment designed for efficiency and provider balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive and restorative dental care.
- Perform simple extractions and denture fittings.
- Treat both adult and pediatric patients.
- Diagnose oral health conditions and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
- Maintain high clinical standards and patient-focused care.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD (or Canadian equivalent) from an accredited dental school.
- Active Ontario dental license (or ability to obtain).
- Comfortable practicing bread-and-butter general dentistry.
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
- Compassionate and community-oriented mindset.
- Open to new graduates and experienced providers alike.
