In this role, you’ll join Clio’s Product Design team, focusing on end-to-end design and strategy for new AI-driven judicial tools. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define design strategy - Conduct user research to understand workflows and needs - Lead design efforts from concept through to high-quality execution - Develop a long-term vision for judicial experience design - Elevate design quality across the product suite
Requirements: - 8+ years in Product Design, with B2B SaaS experience preferred - Proven experience in cross-team initiatives and solutions - Strong knowledge of complex interaction and visual design - Skilled in AI experience design and prototyping tools - Experience mentoring other designers
