Job Responsibility: District Receptionist - This position is located in Grande Prairie, AB ROLE STATEMENT: The District Receptionist will be a member of the District Support Department responsible for working within a team environment to provide administrative, reception, customer service and organizational support to the District Office. Reporting to the Supervisor, Office Administration, the District Receptionist will focus on providing data entry, filing and general administrative support. Whenever possible, the initiatives and organizations we undertake to promote and support fall into the following categories: Environment, Education, Indigenous, Social Services, Arts & Culture and Community Sport SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Answer phone calls (Switchboard), greet and redirect incoming customers, guests and applying candidates
  • Accurately processing and distribution of mail for district
  • Office troubleshooting resource for printers, office equipment maintenance and service for photocopier and fax machines
  • Enter training records into Calfrac Campus when required
  • Assists Maintenance department with administrative duties
  • Commitment to meeting or exceeding the “Service First” corporate philosophy in providing positive, knowledgeable and prompt services to employees and external clients
  • Receive and enter expense reports for Coiled Tubing, Fracturing, and Transport employees
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of MasterCard statements in the district
  • Filing all invoices as required
  • Ordering office supplies as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years related and progressive work experience
  • Experience with Great Plains is a strong asset
  • High School Diploma required
  • Advanced Computer skills, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe required
  • Basic filing, typing, and data entry skills experience required
