Customer Service Representative – Saint-Bruno

Our client, a global leader in the flooring industry, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Saint-Bruno. In this key role, you will be the link between customers, sales, and logistics to ensure a seamless order flow within a stimulating, bilingual environment.

Responsibilities
Manage the full order cycle, from ERP system entry to final delivery.

Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and lead times.

Collaborate closely with the warehouse and internal departments to resolve logistical challenges.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure rigorous follow-up on customer files.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative or Account Management role.

Fully bilingual (French/English) with excellent writing skills, as you will interact daily with clients and suppliers outside of Quebec who speak only English.

Proficient with ERP systems (knowledge of Navision is an asset).

Cheerful and proactive temperament with excellent priority management.

Ability to work in Saint-Bruno with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
