Mall Store Sales Associate (Sainte-Foy)

In this currently vacant position, your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers to identify their needs and expectations and promoting our quality products and service offerings.
Ensuring that our stores are always visually appealing through proper product presentation, replenishment, and store maintenance.
Assisting with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
Collaborating as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
The qualifications and experience we value:
Ideally, one to three years of experience in sales, retail, and/or customer service. This is considered an asset rather than a requirement, as we will invest in the right person!
A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
Ambition and a willingness to pursue continuous training and learning.
Availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Critical-thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
