Registry Agent

McKnight Registry is an Alberta Authorized Registry Agent located in North East Calgary that has been operating since 1993. We have an immediate need for a Full-Time Registry Agent.

Responsibilities of the job:

• Provide professional, friendly service to clientele.
• Entry of data into the Motor Vehicles Database.
• Adherence to Government and registry policy and regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Self-driven and self-directed work.
• Other tasks as assigned by management staff.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Computer literacy and ability to type 30+ wpm.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation ability.
• PIC (Police Information Check)
• Able to work both Saturday and Sunday as needed, no exceptions.

Work experience & education:

• High school or equivalent.
• 1+ yrs experience customer/client services role.

Language:

• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Bi- and Multi-lingual a plus but not a requirement.
