Physics Teachers needed in the United Arab Emirates.

The group of schools is accredited by the International Baccalaureate and AdvancED. It serves private education to mainly Emirati students, although the school recruits teachers from western countries and local Arab states.

As a teacher of Physics you will be required to:
**Plan and deliver highly engaging lesson fo Physics
**Create resources before your lessons
**Be responsible for lab work and material
**Different your lessons to meet the needs of your students
**Assess students on an on-going bases
**Attend lunchtime duty
**Make your labs displays engaging to promote the teaching and learning of Physics
**Attend staff briefing
**Ensure your marking is up to date
**Make sure your classroom is a safe and healthy environment for students
**Promote enquiry based learning as per the IB philosophy
**Attend and contribute ideas to the Science Department

The campuses are purpose-built for students. As a teacher at this school, you will need excellent classroom management skills as the students prefer hands-on activities as opposed to theory.

If you speak Arabic it will be beneficial but not essential.

Physics Teacher Requirements:
**Degree Physics or related subject
**A valid science teaching qualification e.g. PGCE, PGDE, valid state license
**Experience in the industry is beneficial but not essential
**Being able to speak Arabic is beneficial
**Western-trained
**Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
**Experience of the IB MYP and DP curriculum is HIGHLY desirable
**Having a TEFL qualification is beneficial but not essential as you will be teaching non-native speakers of English

**Experience of USA Curriculum such as American Harcourt, AP and Common Core is highly valued

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 12100 up to 14800  AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
