Senior Clinical Research Associate position at IQVIA responsible for site monitoring and management across multiple protocols and therapeutic areas. Requires bilingual French-English proficiency and Montreal-based location, with oversight of regulatory compliance, recruitment tracking, and site team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring visits including selection, initiation, ongoing, and close-out activities
• Collaborate with sites to develop and track subject recruitment plans aligned with project goals
• Deliver protocol training and maintain regular communication to manage project expectations
• Evaluate site compliance with regulatory requirements and escalate quality issues
• Generate visit reports, follow-up documentation, and maintain trial and investigator files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline
• Minimum 3 years of site monitoring experience
• Deep knowledge of GCP and ICH regulatory guidelines
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
