Position: Permanent, full time
minimum Hours:35 per week
Supervise and coordinate cashiers and sales staff.
Assign duties to employees and prepare work schedules.
Train new staff on customer service, store policies, POS system, and safety procedures.
Authorize returns, exchanges, and customer refunds.
Handle customer complaints and solve problems professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise when needed.
Receive deliveries, check invoices, and ensure stock is placed properly.
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and merchandising standards.
Balance cash tills, prepare deposits, and follow cash-handling procedures.
Ensure staff follow company policies, health and safety rules, and loss prevention procedures.
Open and close the store when required.
Prepare sales reports and report issues to management.
Support hiring, coaching, and performance monitoring of employees.
